How I work

First call to live site in 3–7 days

You always know what's happening, what it costs, and what's next. Here's the whole thing, step by step.

    Discovery call

    20 minutes

    A straight conversation about your business, your customers, and what the current site isn't doing. No pitch — we're working out whether I'm the right fit.

    Brief and price

    2–3 days

    A plain-English brief: every page, every feature, the dates, and one fixed price. You read it, we adjust it, then we both sign it. That number doesn't move.

    Design

    1–2 days

    I design the real pages in your colours and tone — desktop and mobile. You give feedback in one place. Two rounds is normally all it takes.

    Build

    2–3 days

    Approved designs become a fast, responsive site. You get a live preview link from day one and can watch it come together, tested across browsers and real devices.

    Launch

    1 day

    Domain, HTTPS, redirects, analytics and Search Console — all set up and checked. Nothing goes live half-finished.

    You get the code, the accounts and a short walkthrough. Keep me on for changes and hosting, or take it and run — either is fine.

Common questions

What do you need from me?
Your logo if you have one, any photos worth using, and half an hour of your time for the call and design feedback. If the words aren't written, I'll draft them and you correct me.
What happens after I get in touch?
I reply within one working day with a few initial thoughts and a link to book a 20-minute call. After that you get the written brief and fixed price — usually within three days.
Who do you work with?
Businesses and founders who sell something they're proud of: trades, hospitality, retail, salons, coaches, consultants. Anywhere in the UK, and further if the timezone works.
What if I want changes later?
Small edits are included for the first month. After that, either take a care plan or pay by the hour — your call, and you always own the site either way.
